Weitere Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 0.25-1ug/ml using 100ul/well. In conjunction with PI8439-07 as a capture antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2-0.4ng/well of recombinant hIL-17A. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml. When used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, the detection limit for recombinant hIL-17A is 1.5-3ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions. Optimal working dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile sterile PBS, 0.1% BSA. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
