Weitere Details:: Interleukin-12 is produced by activated B lymphocytes and macrophages. The properties of IL-12 include the stimulation of growth of activated T lymphocytes and the development of TH1 CD4 positive cells and CD8 positive cytotoxic T cells. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA (direct), Western Blot and Neutralization. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 0.5ug/ml Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml Neutralization: 0.012-0.20ug/ml to yield one half maximal inhibition (ND50) of mouse IL-12. Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Recommended Secondary Reagents: Donkey anti-sheep IgG, H&L (HRP): I1904-63 Donkey anti-goat IgG, H&L (HRP): I1904-28C Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
