Weitere Details:: Applications: ELISA Capture/Detection: Useful as a capture or a detection antibody in a sandwich ELISA for quantifying mouse IL-10 protein levels.1-5 Purified antibody can be paired with biotinylated antibody (Cat. No. I8432-24C) as the detection antibody, with purified recombinant mouse IL-10 as the standard. Western Blot: The purified antibody is also useful for Western blot applications. For Western blotting, a concentration of 1-5ug/ml (in conjunction with AP-labeled Goat Anti-Rat-Ig) has been found to enable detection of ≤ 100ng/lane of recombinant mouse IL-5 under reducing conditions. Neutralization: The LE/AF form can be used for neutralizing mouse IL-10 bioactivity. A suitable LE/AF Rat IgG1 should be used as an isotype control. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
