Weitere Details:: Interleukin-10 is produced by a population of T cells. It has a wide range of biological properties, including inhibition of macrophage and T helper cell mediated cytokine synthesis suppression of the delayed hypersensivity response. Reports suggest that IL-10 may initially be involved in the polarization the Th2 responses. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 0.5-2ug/ml Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Recommended Secondary Reagents: Sheep anti Rabbit IgG: HRP Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
