Weitere Details:: IL-8, also known as CXCL8, is produced by a range of cells including stimulated monocytes, mast cells, endothelial cells, keratinocytes and fibroblasts. Human IL-8 promotes neutrophil chemotaxis and degranulation. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Flow Cytometry and Neutralization. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 1:10 Use 10ul to label 1x10e6 cells in 100ul. Membrane permeabilization is required. ELISA: 5ug/ml. Use with I8430-02P1 for sandwich ELISA. Neutralization: Neutralizes the bioactivity of ovine IL-8. Removal of sodium azide is recommended prior to use in functional assays. Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
