Weitere Details:: The biological activity of IL-7 includes stimulating the proliferation of pre-B cells, pro-B cells and activated T cells and inducing the synthesis of other inflammatory mediators, such as IL-1, IL-6 and MIP. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Functional Assays. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
