Weitere Details:: IL-5 is a T cell derived haematopoietic growth factor, which stimulates eosinophil differentiation and activation. This clone may be used to neutralise IL-5 bioactivity in a functional assay (1,2). Removal of sodium azide is recommended prior to use in functional assays. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: Membrane permeabilization is required for this application. Optimal dilution determined by the researcher.
