IL-2 plays a key role in T cell proliferation and promotes the proliferation, expansion and differentiation of a wide variety of antigen specific cells. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Functional Assays. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 5-10ug/ml Functional Assays: 2-20ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Sp2/0-Ag myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice.
