Pur.): HRP Applications: FLISA: 0.5ug/ml Western Blotting: 0.1-0.2ug/ml Neutralization: 0.04-0.05ug/ml for one half maximal inhibition (ND50) of mouse IL-2 Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher.
