Weitere Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in Direct ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Direct ELISA: 1:10,000 dilution will yield 0.5 O.D. using alkaline phosphatase conjugated rabbit anti-mouse Ig. 1:50 dilution will block 70-80% of CTLL proliferative response to 50units of rhuman IL-2. Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
