Weitere Details:: Interleukin-1 receptor II (IL-1 RII), also known as CD121b, is an immunoglobulin superfamily receptor that binds the pleiotropic cytokines, IL-1alpha and IL-1beta. It acts as an IL-1 antagonist because it has a short cytoplasmic domain and does not transduce IL-1 signals. IL-1 RII exists both as a transmembrane protein and as a soluble form that is released by proteolysis. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels 1x10e6 cells Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
