Weitere Details:: The ITGB2 protein product is the integrin beta chain beta 2. Integrins are integral cell-surface proteins composed of an alpha chain and a beta chain. A given chain may combine with multiple partners resulting in different integrins. For example, beta 2 combines with the alpha L chain to form the integrin LFA-1, and combines with the alpha M chain to form the integrin Mac-1. Integrins are known to participate in cell adhesion as well as cell-surface mediated signaling. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence. Also suitable for aggregation inhibition assays using hematopoeitic cells or EBV-transformed B lymphocytes. For extensive dilution, protein-containing or other stabilizing medium should be used. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence: 1:1000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4°C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
