Weitere Details:: CD29 (integrin beta1 chain is, a 130kD single chain type I glycoprotein expressed as a heterodimer (non-covalently associated with the integrin alpha subunits 1-6). CD29 is broadly expressed on majority of hematopoietic and non-hematopoietic cells (leukocytes, platelets, fibroblasts, endothelial cells, epithelial cells and mast cells). Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 2ug/ml, using Jurkat human leukemia T-cell lysate, Kg-1a human leukemia cell lysate; non-reducing conditions, 6% separating gel, 4% stacking gel. Flow Cytometry: 2ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
