Weitere Details:: Insulin is produced by the B-cells of the pancreatic islets and by insulin-producing islet cell tumors. Applications: Suitable for use in detection of rat/mouse insulin/proinsulin in two site enzyme immunoassays, Immunohistochemistry and sandwich immunoassay. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Affinity Constant: 8.1x10e-8 M Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Allophycocyanin (APC) is light sensitive. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
