- Control peptide for I7649-48. Synthetic peptide corresponding to 16 amino acids in the middle of the Neuraminidase protein. Applications: Suitable for use in Antibody Blocking. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Preadsorption Control: 1ug peptide per 1ug antibody for 30 min at 37°C. Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
