- Applications: Suitable for Immunofluorescence and Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:100 to 1:250 (~1ug will stain 1x10e6 cells) Immunofluorescence: 1:100-1:250 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Phycobiliprotein Concentration: 0.25mg/ml (Determined by absorbance=82.0 at 565nm, for a 1% solution for only those R-PE molecules to which at least one molecule of active antibody is bound.) Absorption Wavelength: 488nm Emission Wavelength: 575nm Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4°C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Note: We do not recommended adding glycerol as a cryopreservative.
