- Mouse IgG1 secondary antibody conjugated to FITC is available in a variety of formats. Anti-mouse IgG1 secondary antibody conjugate is suitable for immunofluorescence microscopy, fluorescence based plate assays (FLISA (Fluorescent)) and fluorescent western blotting. This IgG1 antibody is also suitable for multiplex analysis, including multicolor imaging, utilizing various commercial platforms Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA, Immunofluorescence and Western Blot. Also suitable for multiplex analysis. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunofluorescence: 1:500-1:2500 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Absorption Wavelength: 495nm Emission Wavelength: 528nm Fluorochrome/Protein Ratio: 3.9 moles FITC/mole Rabbit IgG Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder is stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O prior to use. To avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot reconstituted stock solution and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
