Weitere Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western and Dot blot, Immunoperoxidase electron microscopy, Immunohistochemistry, as well as other peroxidase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1:16,000-1:64,000. Assayed against 1ug of human IgG in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder is stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O prior to use. To avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot reconstituted stock solution and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Note: Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
