- Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:60,000-1:250,000, Assayed against 1ug of human IgG in a standard capture ELISA using peroxidase conjugated streptavidin and ABTS as a substrate for 30 min at RT. Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. Biotin/Protein Ratio: 10–20 BAC molecules per Goat IgG molecule Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
