- Supplied as a lyophilized powder from PBS, pH 7.2, 10mg/ml BSA (IgG and protease free), 0.01% gentamicin sulfate. Labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Reconstitute with 1ml sterile ddH2O.

- Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1:6000-1:50,000. 1ug of canine IgG was used in a standard capture ELISA with ABTS (A0030) as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT. Western Blot: 1:100-1:10,000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:2500 Optimal dilution to be determined by researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile dH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Note: Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates.
