Format:: Supplied as a lyophilized powder in 10mM sodium phosphate, 0.15M sodium chloride, pH7.2, 10% BSA, Protease/IgG free, 0.1% Kathon CG. Rehydrate with 550ul ddH2O and let stand 30 minutes at room temperature to dissolve. Labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP).
Weitere Details:: Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder is stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O prior to use. To avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot reconstituted stock solution and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Note: Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
