Weitere Details:: I1903-13T is a proteolytic fragment of immunoglobulin G (IgG) obtained by limited digestion with the enzyme pepsin under controlled conditions of temperature, time and pH. F(ab')2 molecules lack the Fc portion of IgG and therefore receptors that bind goat IgG F(c) will not bind goat IgG F(ab')2 molecules. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunoblotting (Western or Dot Blot), ELISA, Immunoelectron Microscopy and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1500-1:3000. 30 minutes at RT. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
