- Supplied as a powder lyophilized from a solution containing PBS, pH 7.2, 15mg/ml BSA. Reconstitute with 2ml sterile ddH2O. Labeled with Horseradish peroxidase (HRP).

- Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1:10,000-1:200,000 Western Blot: 1:5000-1:100,000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:5000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months at -20°C after receipt. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O prior to use. To avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot reconstituted stock solution and store at -20°C. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Note: Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
