Weitere Details:: HLA-class I major histocompatibility (MHC) antigens are intrinsic membrane glycoproteins expressed on nucleated cells and noncovalently associated with an invariant beta2 microglobulin. They carry foreign determinants important for immune recognition by cytotoxic T cells, thus important for anti-viral and anti-tumor defence. Human HLA-class I antigens are represented by HLA-A, HLA-B and HLA-C molecules. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation and ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 4ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4°C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
