Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry, FLISA and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Control: Rat dorsal root ganglion tissue that has been subjected to a spinal nerve ligation; cultured neurons Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE!
