Weitere Details:: Applications: ELISA Capture: Useful as a capture antibody in a sandwich ELISA for quantifying mouse GM-CSF protein levels. Purified antibody should be paired with biotinylated antibody (Cat. No. G8951-13C) as the detection antibody, with purified recombinant mouse GM-CSF as the standard. Western Blot: Useful for Western blot applications. For Western blotting, a concentration of 1-5ug/ml (in conjunction with AP-labeled Goat Anti-Rat-Ig) has been found to enable detection of ≤ 100ng/lane of recombinant mouse GM-CSF under reducing conditions. Neutralization: Can be used for neutralizing mouse GM-CSF bioactivity. A suitable Rat IgG2a should be used as an isotype control. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
