- Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunoblot and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunoblot: Recognizes denatured G-CSFR following SDS-PAGE and blotting of 200ug of cell lysate or following immunoprecipitation with polyclonal antibody followed by immunoblotting. Western Blot: 1-10ug/ml will allow visualization of 250ng/lane of human G-CSFR-MBP Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
