Weitere Details:: GST (Glutathione S-Transferase) is a 26kD protein encoded by the parasitic helminth Schistosoma japonicum and widely used in the pGEX family of GST plasmid expression vectors as a fusion protein with foreign proteins. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1:1000-1:5000 Western Blot: 1:200-1:1000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:2000 Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
