Weitere Details:
GADD34 is a member of a group of genes whose transcript levels are increased in response to treatment with DNA damaging agents or conditions of stress. Induction of GADD34 by ionizing radiation has been reported in some cell lines, regardless of p53 status. Reports suggest that GADD34 may be involved in signal transuction pathway controlling cell cycle arrest and/or apoptosis following DNA damage. Applications: Suitable for use in Peptide ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunofluorescence and Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 0.3-1ug/ml. Detects a band of ~75kD observed in lysates of cell line HepG2 (calculated MW of 73.4kD according to NP_055145.2). Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature. Negative Control: KLY (Kelly Human neuroblastoma) cell lysate. Peptide ELISA: 1:128,000 Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 2-4ug/ml, in human Liver shows cytoplasmic staining consistent with ER in the hepatocytes Immunofluorescence: 10ug/ml. Strong expression of the protein seen in the nuclei of HeLa and HepG2 cells. Flow Cytometry: 10ug/ml. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
