Weitere Details:: MID2 is a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) family. The MID motif includes three zinc-binding domains, a RING, a B-box type 1 and a B-box type 2, and a coiled-coil region. The protein localizes to microtubular structures in the cytoplasm. Its function has not been identified. Alternate splicing of the gene encoding MID2 results in two transcript variants encoding different isoforms. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:32,000 Western Blot: 1-3ug/ml, observed in mouse heart lysates on ~80kD bands Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 5-10ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
