Weitere Details:
Human D-dimer (DD), a specific degradation product of cross-linked fibrin, is released into the bloodstream during clot breakdown. It is used as an indicator of blood clots, venous thromboses or pulmonary embolisms. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Sandwich ELISA: Plasma samples should be diluted with 10mM Tris-HCl buffer, pH 7.5, 1M sodium chloride, 0.1% Tween-20. To avoid non-specific binding, the final sodium chloride concentration in plasma samples should be ≥0.5M. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hydridoma: Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
