Antibody to AFP has been shown to be useful in detecting hepatocellular carcinomas (HCC) and germ cell neoplasms, especially yolk sac tumors. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: Use as the conjugate antibody. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
