Weitere Details:: BRCA1-associated C-terminal helicase1 (BACH1) is a 82kD nuclear transcription regulatory protein belonging to the bZIP family. BACH1 contains basic leucine zipper and BTB-zinc finger domains which are directly involved in DNA binding and for Transcription regulation. BACH1 is found in a wide range of tissues and acts as a transcriptional regulator. It plays an important role in the coordination of transcription activation and repression by MAFK. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1:10,000-1:44,000 Western Blot: 1:500-1:2000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
