Weitere Details:: EZH1 is a human homolog of the Drosophila gene Enhancer of zeste E(z), a member of the polycomb group of transcriptional repressors. In mice, EZH1 is a regulator of homeotic gene expression implicated in the assembly of repressive protein complexes in chromatin. The strong sequence conservation between species suggests potential role for EZH1 in human development as a transcriptional regulator and as a component of protein complexes that stably maintain heterochromatin. Applications: Suitable fro use in Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Western blot: 2-4ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Recommended Positive Control: Human or mouse spleen Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
