- Erythropoietin R (Epo R) is a transmembrane protein expressed on the surface of megakaryocytes, erythroid progenitors, and endothelial cells. It binds Epo and transmits signals that stimulate the proliferation and maturation of bone marrow erythroid precursors into red blood cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels up to 1x10e6 cells using TF-1 human erythroleukemic cell line Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Excitation: 488nm Emission: 565-605nm Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
