Weitere Details:: Epithelial Membrane Antigen, also referred to as EMA, CA15-3, Polymorphic Epithelial Mucin, PEM, Sialomucin or Episialin and MUC-1 is a glycoprotein of variable molecular weight, expressed by many glandular epithelial cells. Epithelia of breast, (acini and ducts), exocrine pancreas, bladder, gastrointestinal tracts, thyroid, endometrium and respiratory tract are generally EMA positive. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA. Other applications not tested Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Allophycocyanin (APC) is light sensitive. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
