Weitere Details:: Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR), also named erythroblastic leukemia viral oncogene homolog 1 (ErbB1), is a member of the type I receptor tyrosine kinase superfamily that also includes ErbB2-4. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Direct ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 0.25ug labels 10e6 cells using A431 human epithelial carcinoma cell line Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
