Weitere Details:: Enteroviruses are a diverse group of RNA viruses including Poliovirus, Rhinoviruses, Coxsackie A & B viruses, and Echoviruses. Most are acquired via the fecal-oral route and exhibit symptomologies from the common cold and conjunctivitis to myocarditis, sepsis and flaccid paralysis. The most recently discovered members of this genus are now just numbered such as EV68, EV70, EV71 etc. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence and ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence: 1:10-1:50 ELISA: 1:20-1:200 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
