Weitere Details:: E2F’s are DNA-binding proteins that associate with negative regulators, such as the retinoblastoma (Rb) p107, p110 and p130 protein, resulting in an altered rate of gene transcription. E2F-4 is regulated by complex formation with Rb p107. E2F transcription factors, such as E2F7, play an essential role in the regulation of cell cycle progression (Di Stefano et al., 2003). Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:16000 Western Blot: 0.1-0.3ug/ml. Approx 100kD band observed in Human Brain (Cerebellum), Kidney and Testis lysates (calculated MW of 99.9kDa according to NP_976328.2). Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: Human Skin lysates Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
