Weitere Details:: CXCL2, also known as Gro beta and MIP-2, is an 8kD chemokine, which is expressed by monocytes, fibroblasts, endothelial cells, synovia cell and several tumor cell lines. CXCL2 promotes neutrophil chemotaxis and degranulation. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and most Functional Assays. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Recommended Secondary Reagents: Sheep anti Rabbit IgG (Aff. Pur.): HRP Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
