Weitere Details:: Cripto-1 is a member of the EGF-CFC family. It exists both as a secreted and as a GPI-anchored membrane protein. Cripto functions as a cofactor that modulates the activities of TGF-Beta family members. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA (Detection): Can be used as a detection antibody in a human Cripto-1 sandwich immunoassay in combination with C7822-10C as the capture antibody. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile TBS, pH 7.3 (20mM Trizma base, 150mM sodium chloride), 0.1% BSA. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
