Weitere Details:: Creatine Kinase MB consists of a dimer of nonidentical chains. With MM being the major form in skeletal muscle and myocardium, MB existing in myocardium, and BB existing in many tissues, especially brain. Creatine Kinase MB reversibly catalyses the transfer of phosphate between ATP and various phosphogens. The creatine kinase isoenzymes play a central role in energy transduction in tissues with large fluctuating energy demands such as skeletal muscle, heart, brain and spermatozoa. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA. Other applications not tested Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Allophycocyanin (APC) is light sensitive. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
