Weitere Details:: C-Reactive Protein (CRP) is a secreted protein that belongs to the Pentraxin family. It circulates as a non-covalent homopentamer. The CRP concentration in human plasma is highly increased during acute phase response to tissue injury or infection. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA (detection): 0.5-2ug/ml using 059367 as capture antibody Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
