Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1-10ug/ml using ECL. An antibody raised against a GST-fusion has been shown to recognize ~31kD band in skin (3). ELISA: 1:100K using 50-100ng CX31 control peptide/well. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
