Weitere Details:: C3c is the major fragment resulting from the C3 cleavage by C3 convertase and factor i. It is composed of an intact beta chain bound to two fragments of the alpha chain. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunoelectrophoresis. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunoelectrophoresis: 120ul against 2ul rat plasma or equivalent Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
