Weitere Details:: Detection of C3 deposits in tissue, cells, microorganisms and immune complexes. It should be used with positive control anti-C3b. Nonactivated, absorbed C3 contains the C3a determinant, whereas activated C3 is negative with this clone. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and ELISA. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1:10, Incubate for 1hr at RT. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
