- Supplied as a lyophilized powder. Reconstitute in 1ml sterile ddH2O. Dilute further in PBS, pH 7.2.

- Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunoelectrophoresis and Radial Immunodiffusion. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunoelectrophoresis: 120ul against 2ul human plasma or equivalent in agarose plates. Double Radial Immunodiffusion: Use a rosette arrangement with 10ul in 3mm diameter center well and 2ul plasma samples (neat and serially diluted) in 2mm diameter peripheral wells. Single Radial Immunodiffusion: 1% in gel Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
