- Applications: Suitable for use in Inhibition of BoTox-A binding to Neuro2A Cells and Immunofluorescence/Immunocytochemistry and ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunofluorescence (IC): 1:25. Stains Neuro2A cells treated with GT1b ganglioside prior to the addition of BoTox A. Following the treatment cells were washed 4 times, fixed with neutral buffered formalin for 10 minutes, permeabilized and blocked. Inhinition: Inhibits the binding of BoTox-A to Neuro2A cells treated with GT1b ganglioside prior to the addition of the toxin. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
