Weitere Details:: C-type Lectin domain family member 2, officially designated CLEC-1b, is a type II transmembrane protein that has a single carbohydrate recognition domain (CRD)in its C-terminal extracellular domain. It is transcribed from the NK gene complex and is expressed in the liver. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels 10e6 cells in human whole blood Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
