Weitere Details:: A biologically active, cell permeable, but nonphysiologic ceramide analog. It induces phosphorylation on Thr-669 in A-431 cells by stimulation of ceramide-activated protein kinase. It stimulates IL-2 secretion and induces apoptosis. Melting Point: 68-70°C Solubility: Dichloromethane, Ethyl Acetate, Methanol Storage and Stability: May be stored at RT for short-term only. Long-term storage is recommended at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
